Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment Booking & Cancellation

  • Booking: All appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your booking, we recommend scheduling in advance, especially for peak times.

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. For no-shows or late cancellations, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, which could impact the total service time.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payments. Payment must be made at the end of your service.

  • Refunds: All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will make our best effort to resolve the issue.

  • Gift Cards and Packages: Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.

3. Pricing & Services

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Any additional services requested during your appointment may incur additional fees.

  • Packages and promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.

4. Health & Safety

  • Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for informing our team of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their service. Favori Beauty Salon is not responsible for reactions due to withheld information.

  • Hygiene Standards: We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices. All tools and equipment are sterilized or single-use, and our salon environment is cleaned regularly for the safety of all clients.

  • Right to Refuse Service: Favori Beauty Salon reserves the right to refuse service if a client shows signs of infectious conditions, inappropriate behavior, or if it compromises the safety and comfort of other clients and staff.

5. Personal Belongings

  • Valuables: We kindly ask clients to keep personal belongings safe. Favori Beauty Salon is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal items during your visit.

  • Use of Mobile Phones: To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we ask clients to silence their phones and limit usage in shared areas.

6. Memberships & Loyalty Programs

  • Terms: Memberships, including the Favori Glam Pass, are subject to specific terms and benefits. Benefits and usage are exclusive to the registered client and cannot be transferred.

  • Expiration: Membership benefits must be used within the membership period. Unused benefits do not roll over into future periods.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Favori Beauty Salon values your privacy. Any personal information collected is confidential and will be used only to enhance your salon experience. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

8. Liability

  • Favori Beauty Salon and its staff are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from our services or the use of our premises, except in cases of proven negligence.
